One of these days I'll get caught up and post the blog in real time--but until then, here are some pictures of what we've been up to these past few weeks.

One nice thing about living in Florida is that is still warm enough for the kids to go outside and play.  I've been trying to get them outside as much as possible, because lets face it--they fight.  I've found a little bit of fresh air is good for them!

Ty has started taking his arms out of his outfits

We went to a couple of Christmas Parades--and the kids got so much candy!!  We ended up leaving part way thru because some of the parades here are so long!

One day when I got out of the bathroom I couldn't find the kids...and then I found them with a bowl of candies I made (you can see if between them) hiding.  Stinkers!

Disneyworld days 3 & 4

The last 2 days we went to Disney were my favorite...we went to I think Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom.  One day we even went back after dinner so that we could see the parade and the fireworks (you know how much Roo likes fireworks).  These 2 parks seemed more geared towards little kids so I was able to do more things with Ty.

Disneyworld day 2

I forget the order the went to the parks...but everyday was about the same.  Get to the park right when it opens, ride some rides, sight see, wait in line, eat ice cream.  Wait in more lines.  Repeat.  Even though the days were long the whole trip went by too quickly!

Disneyworld day 1

For Thanksgiving we met up with some of Roos family in Orlando to go to Disneyworld. The kids had a blast!  Ryan and I ended up having bronchitis while we were there but he was such a good sport about it and still had a good time.  I think his favorite part of the trip was hanging out with his cousins...it definitely wasn't going on rollercoasters!

As long as the ride was slow and didn't get dark...Ryan liked it.

We tried to do a few 3D things...Ty definitely wasn't digging it.  We'd go outside and eat ice cream instead when everyone else was watching.

There weren't too many things the first day that Ty was tall enough to do but thankfully Disney is full of plenty of places to explore!

Watching Ryan play soccer...he did so great and even got an awesome assist (of course Roo and I were talking and missed it)

A few weekends ago the Gulfarium was free for kids so we had to go.

I'm still working at being in more pictures with the kids (you're welcome Mom)

Catch up

I have a lot of catching up to do so I'm just going to put a lot of pictures up.

A few weeks ago I was able to go on a Spouses flight on Roos plane and it was awesome!

We flew down the coast and the view was amazing.

The boys weren't able to come with but they enjoyed watching the planes take off.

I just thought it was cute how he used Mickey as a pillow.

Such a goof!  I have about 30 minutes to kill in between the kids schools and there is a dollar store near by.  Which means I buy a lot of junk I don't need.   Like these glasses.

For Halloween Ty was red bird.   He's already learning about getting hand me downs from big brother.

A few weeks ago Roo had a day off during the week so we took Ryan out of school for the day and went to Pensacola to watch the Blue Angels practice.  It was way more crowded than we thought it would be and they also did a lot more flying than we thought.   The kids enjoyed it.

Eating our lunch before going into the Naval Museum.

We found a restaurant that we like...it's right on the beach so the kids can play while you're waiting for a table.  And yes, Ryan does wear that shirt pretty much every other day.

Catch up

Here are some pictures of what we've been up to.

It is cute to see that sometimes the boys do get along.

Ty seems to enjoy dressing up more than Ryan did...we might need to invest in better costumes.

He's so goofy.

Ryan started soccer...from what my parents tell me it wouldn't be hard for him to be a better player than I was.  He has kicked the ball a few times but mostly spends the game jumping around.

Ty wants to play too but thankfully there are other younger siblings there to keep him busy.

We were glad that Roo was in town so we could all go up for his brothers promotion ceremony to Colonel.   I spent most of the time in the hall with Ty but I'm glad I could be there for such a big accomplishment.  Ryan photo bombed their family.

Don't let his calm face fool you...he was loud.  To be fair he is just 2!

The brothers.  We spent the weekend with them and it's always so fun so hang out with family.  The boys had a great time with their cousins....I'm so glad we live close!
