Northwest wildlife refuge

I got a Groupon for a wildlife refuge not to far from where my parents live.  Overall I think the kids enjoyed it.  I rented a double stroller there and it was the best $8 I could have spent.   I'm learning that Tyler doesn't really want to sit in a stroller unless Ryan has an interest to...and then all of a sudden he has to sit in it.  It's kind of that way with anything actually.  I need to learn to just get two of everything.

It is nice that my Dad is retired now and is able to go explore places with us.

they had a neat trolley bus that drove you thru the park.

Papa helping cool them down.  The kids are blessed with fun Grandparents!

Ryan being a great big brother -- he really is the best!

Duck day parade

When we were at my parents we had some beautiful weather...I don't think it rained even once which was nuts.  Their town had a Duck Days parade and the boys enjoyed watching it.

Catch up

I am so behind blogging that  I'm just going to post a few pictures a day of the kids (since that is what everyone is interested in).  Roo made it home safely and we've been having a lot of fun catching up with him!

A few weeks ago we went to Seattle to see my parents.  This is the last trip before they leave for this mission in Korea so I was thankful we got to spend time with them.

while Roo was gone he had his birthday so Ryan picked out a cupcake and we celebrated for him

it was a hit!

My mom picked out some overalls for Tyler.  I have to admit he is pretty cute in them

we spent a night on the coast.  I've been spoiled by Florida beaches...and water that is warm enough to swim in.
