Visit with Nana and Papa

Last week we had a wonderful visit with Roos' parents.   They hadn't seen the kids in about a year...so needless to say Ty had changed a lot.  Thankfully we had nice weather when they were here and we had a fun time showing them around beautiful Florida.  They were great and swam a lot with the kids...which tired the boys out so that when it was bed time I could go out.  It was so nice!

We went to a Naval Museum...which is a total McLay  thing.   Ryan really enjoyed looking at all of the planes and Ty  enjoyed going up and down the stairs. 

Mother's day

Ryans school had a Mother's day tea where the kids sang us songs and served us lunch.   It was very cute and I was glad I could spend that time with him.

Roo got me some beautiful flowers...even from so far away he spoils me!

Circus program

I have really loved Ryans school and all of the activities and programs that they do.  Last week they had a "circus".  It was to celebrate dad's but I was the substitute.   Ryan was a tiger and a muscle man and did great!  I put a video of them doing a routine on You Tube.

Last weekend we had Ryans' birthday party. We invited a few of his classmates and they had a blast swimming in the pool.  I wish Roo could have been here but I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun making new memories when he gets back.

Thankfully he was happy with simple decorations.
