Biloxi

After Roo came home we went away to Biloxi and we had a great trip.  The hotel had an outdoor pool and Biloxi has a really neat Children's museum that he kids really enjoyed.

6!

I can't believe that Ryan turned 6!  It seems like just yesterday we brought him home from the hospital.   He is such a good boy!  He loves nerf guns and building legos, and he is the best big brother!  He is so patient with Ty...so much so that I often have to tell him to push him or hit him back (not sure if that's good parenting or not).  We are so blessed that he is part of our family!

For his birthday he wanted Star Wars cupcakes for his classmates.

Picking strawberries

A few weeks ago we went to a strawberry patch and picked berries.  The kids loved it!  I ended up getting way too many berries but I was able to give some to friends.  As you can see in the pictures, Ty probably ate more than he collected.

He's back!

Roo got back a few weeks ago...but I'm just getting around to this.  We are all so glad to have him home!  Thankfully we were able to video chat often which was very helpful for the boys.  

We have made some great friends here and they even put together a welcome home basket for him.
